Adam Savage talks about simple ideas.
This is a great talk about how simple ideas often lead to great discoveries. If you watch the show Mythbusters, then you will recognize Adam Savage. I enjoyed hearing about the inspiration behind some of the more important discoveries (like how big the Earth's circumference is)!
Many wonderful things have been discovered by those who were curious enough to explore.

Murmuration!
I love this video for so many reasons. First of all, I learned a fancy new word (murmuration) for the phenomenon that you see in the video. Secondly, nature is always amazing and I love seeing things like this. These two girls? They were so lucky to be there in the middle of it all, and I love how much they loved it.
If you would like to learn more about the theory behind why Starlings act this way (and how they are able to do it), Wired has a great article on the topic: The Startling Science of a Starling Murmuration.
Have you witnessed murmuration in person?
